The hotel had a super basic room for a ridiculously over-priced stay, but it was absolutely beautiful with a huge bathroom. Despite the inability to see out of the windows, the room was very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given its central location in town.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were very clean and perfect, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast team were fantastic. However, I was a bit disappointed when we arrived at our room and found that the mini fridge only contained 2 bottles of water instead of being fully stocked with soft drinks. Also, there weren't enough plug sockets and USB charging points in the room.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were larger than average and being on the 6th floor gave us amazing views. They were just the right size, definitely big enough for two, and spotlessly clean. The service was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The location was excellent, surprisingly quiet for its proximity to Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, making it perfect for exploring London as a tourist. The dining experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
